What materials are your products made of?
All of our products are Gold Vermeil. This means that they are Sterling Silver with a very thick layer of 18k Gold. Our goal with this material is to offer a more affordable alternative to solid gold.
What is the quality of your products?
All of our products are wear tested over long periods of time to ensure durability. Our jewelry is made for daily activities and will last customers a long time with proper care.
How should I care for my products?
To ensure the quality of your piece it is best to keep it away from any harsh chemicals or products (such as perfume, dish soap, abrasive surfaces, etc). If your product becomes dirty, it is best to clean with a soft cloth.
When will my package arrive?
Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 days. After that, the additional time will be determined by the shipping method you select at checkout.
Do you accept returns?
